Chapter 1 Giving Birth
Once upon a time in Australia, a little forest had lots of animals. But not just ordinary animals, they were magic! Some people think that they only appeared every 10 years. One of the animals was a tree fox. The tree fox was the most rarest of them all. She could climb as fast as a squirrel. The others were a wooly mammoth, a bear, a snake, and lots of other creatures. When she moved to the forest she gave birth to 4 cubs. Now all she had to do was find a mate. But it was no use. She could not find one. When she saw all of her cubs starving. She could not do any thing to help her cubs any more.
Chapter 2 Good Bye Cubs
Struggling through the winter, she watched as her cubs disappeared. From that day on, she never for got about her cubs. Then one day, she met some animals and made friends with them. The animals she met were a wooly mammoth, a huge rat, a squirrel, a raccoon, and a snake. She lived up in the magic tree. One day, a rabbit came to the tree to get a drink. But he did not know that there was an alligator in the pond! It opened its mouth and SNACH! The rabbit was gone forever. Mean wile, every year they cry to the rabbit. His friends and his family were really sad.
Chapter 3 Its spring!
It was finally spring! Everyone could finally take a drink from the lake whenever they want. But, there, in the pond, were leaches! Before anyone could notice, the animals felt pain on their noses. Ouch! Screamed the tree fox. She looked on her nose. Get it off! Squeaked the huge rat. They ripped the bleaches off. The bloody sores left little marks on them. That’s weird. I thought that they were all gone. Well, maybe they came back. Said the snake. Something fishy is going on here. But what? Who could have done this? Hmmm. Are you Thinkin’ what I’m thinkin’. Said the fox. I think I have an idea.
